With Field Service Engineer, your service technicians can instantly see all the information they need, no matter where they are. FSE provides a simple and effective view of technician’s workload and pulls in the best features they use on a daily basis to skip performing data entry in SAP. The application will work with or without an internet connection. Enter in your information, and FSE will send it to SAP as soon as a connection is available. FSE not only simplifies the process, but we extend it to provide the additional functionality you need.
App Features:
· See the entire worklist at a glance, sorted by date and priority.
· Get the full set of details about any order.
· Enter confirmations for time and materials
· Enter in notes about the orders and see all notes entered by anyone in regards to the order.
· See all your current orders on a map to allow you to hit multiple service calls in the same area.
The app is designed to use SAP Netweaver Gateway 2.0 SP04 and above.
